Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location. Pre-order items will be delivered according to the estimated availability shown on the product page.

Exchange & Return Policy
At Toyo.lk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Exchange or Return
We will accept an exchange or return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during delivery.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product is returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- The original box, packaging, accessories, warranty card, or invoice is missing.
- The product has physical or liquid damage caused after delivery.
- The return request is made after the applicable return period.
- The issue is due to software, compatibility, or incorrect usage.
Perfume & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been opened or the product has been used.
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- Unopened and in its original sealed condition.
- Damaged during delivery.
- Incorrectly supplied by Toyo.lk.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty will be inspected according to the warranty terms. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

- Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 24 hours.
- Toyo.lk reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving an exchange, replacement, or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Toyo.lk.

Delivery usually takes Same Day or Next Day within Colombo (via Toyo Express) and 1–3 working days for other areas through SITREK Courier Services. If your order is delayed, please contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Delivery services may be limited or unavailable on public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will notify you if there are any expected delays.
Yes. We deliver islandwide. Orders within Colombo & Colombo Suburbs are delivered by Toyo Express, while orders to other areas are shipped through SITREK Courier Services.
Yes, Same Day or Next Day Delivery is available for selected areas within Colombo & Colombo Suburbs, depending on stock availability and the time your order is placed. Orders outside Colombo are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
Yes. We recommend that you or an authorized person be available to receive the delivery. Please check the package before accepting it. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.

Yes, eligible items can be returned or exchanged according to our Exchange & Return Policy. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within the applicable return period. Please note that opened perfumes and used personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
