Exchange & Return Policy
At Toyo.lk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage during delivery, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during delivery.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item is returned with its original packaging, accessories, warranty card (if applicable), and Toyo.lk purchase invoice.

Unless the return is due to an error by Toyo.lk or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our technical team.
If your return or exchange request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the product.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at Toyo.lk’s discretion.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or incorrect:
- Tempered Glass
- Phone Covers
- Opened Perfumes
- Personal Care Products
- Products marked as Non-Warranty
- Clearance, Sale, or Promotional Items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty will be handled according to the respective warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Electrical surge damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
