The watch can auto-detect 25 strength training exercises and log corresponding muscle training data in the Zepp App. And for personalized planning, you can now input your characteristics into the Zepp Coach feature to receive scientific guidance, and create your own training templates for 11 sports. You can also share completed routes and activity data from your legendary adventures with fitness communities like Strava, adidas Running and Relive, along with smartphone apps like Apple Health and Google Fit.
